Daniel provided exceptional customer service and Ira was professional and quick to diagnose the issue. Repairs were made and the ac is cooling better than ever. Kevin Trocinski24 days agoNeeded to replace AC unit. Sent out 5 requests for quotes. Dennis responded within 30 minutes with what ended up being best value bid. I then had a question about excluding the thermostat for 100, he immediately responded that he'd remove it. So, another $100 off the bill. His crew showed up on time and installed the unit in one day. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a contractor. I HIGHLY recommend Dennis and his crews. Annmarie B27 days agoJust had a new HVAC system installed by Casa, they did an amazing job! I have renovated several houses and I can say they are the best of the best. Starting with David in sales who worked with me to get the best possible price and the fastest installation. The tech Gus and his team arrived on time and answered all of my questions about the new equipment. They were super nice and very efficient. The unit in the attic looks more professionally done than the original one and they left both the attic and garage cleaner then when they arrived !! David then took care of submitting the forms for the Austin Energy rebate. Really a pleasure to work with !!Posted on Google

Emily Choi29 days agoWhen we found a leak in our evaporator coil, we had to decide whether to repair it or replace the entire system, considering the age of our 10-year-old system. I contacted several HVAC companies to compare our options and chose CASA, mainly because of David Jean. From our first phone call to the after-service when we found a small issue, David was always very responsive (even during the weekend!), polite, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The bid was very reasonable, and they offered many options to choose from. We upgraded our entire system, including the condenser, furnace, plenum, evaporator coil, and thermostat. Noise level was our main concern, and David recommended the right products for our needs and budget. The installation crew was also very quick and professional. It has been about a month since the installation, and we are very satisfied with everything and the service we received from CASA. We highly recommend them!Load more
