Switched the Heating On for the 1st Time
I've lived in my new construction home in Manor for about 7 months. I switched on the heating system on Nov 27th, 2011 for the first time since moving in. There was definitely something wrong, it wouldn't pump in warm air, and sometimes it was blasting cold gusts. Not good with Winter coming! My home builder contacted CASA, and they sent Chris Lopez the same day (happy to say I'm still under warranty for awhile yet). In barely 20 minutes Chris isolated the problem, a malfunctioning mother board that wasn't allowing the heat strips to engage. He replaced the board with a new one, and in the process answered a lot of HVAC questions of mine. This guy is top notch--he did a super job, and knew his stuff inside out. Kudos to CASA for hiring Chris! I'd highly recommend this company to anybody wanting HVAC repairs with integrity and excellent customer service. --S.W. Vernon
